VinFast LLC is a Vietnamese-founded, Singaporean-based private automotive company established in 2017.
Conducted market research & analysis, competitive benchmarking with 10 different Vehicles to offer new features for Vinfast 7 EV

Applied HMW questions for generating new creative ideas and delivered use-cases in low-fidelity wireframes for chosen apps such as Ranch coach, eco-mode and onboarding feature for the MHU screes.
For remaining features, we applied the same process as in Vinfast 5 project. We worked closely with the software engineering team, delivered low- and high fidelity wireframes in collabration with the UI Team.
Worked closely with the Project Manager and Software developers of Vinfast in an international agile-react team. Our first mission was to find out the painpoints of the users from previous Vinfast Autos (8&9). We had weekly meetings with the Vinfast to clearly understand the painpoints. We received requirements from the client’s Requirements Engineering, however Vinfast was highly encouraging us to change the requirements when needed. They relied on our expertise in ISO-Standards and norms & survey data to ensure the correct change management.
We created low and high fidelity wireframes while editing & adjusting the requirements on a weekly basis. Final delivery included the new requirements file with proposal of changes based on ISO Standards, surveys and empathy maps on user needs, low- and high fidelity wireframes created in collabration between UI and UX team of Luxoft and software team of Vinfast.
