Who is Vinfast

VinFast LLC is a Vietnamese-founded, Singaporean-based private automotive company established in 2017.

Details of the Assignment

I was assigned to conduct heuristics evaluation for Vinfast webpage and Vinfast 8 C-app, following Don Noman Principles, Nielsen Norman Heuristics and ISO Standards & Norms, re- imagining of Vinfast Auto Webpage and VF8 App for US, EU and CA Regions. I worked as a regular UX Designer in Luxoft. This was my first project after entering the company.

This project is conducted in an agile sense. We had meetings every two week with Vinfast assigned Project Manager and software developers to discuss the findings. Vinfast was simultaneously working on their C-App development and applying small changes that I was purposing when possible.

Final delivery was excel files, PPTx.

This project resulted in impressing the client and secured a long-term contract for Luxoft. I was promoted to Lead UX Designer, overseeing a team of international UX Designers in taking design desicions for future project with Vinfast.
